In principle, K STADIUM prioritizes the protection of user assets. We are committed to protecting user assets in areas where technical support is available for deposit/withdrawal cases.
Cases in which we are unable to support
- You made a deposit using a network other than one of the networks supported by K STUDIUM.
- Making an incorrect withdrawal from within K STADIUM to an external address
- Transferring to another member's wallet within K STADIUM
- If you entered the secondary address of a K STUDIUM member when using the Direct Transfer service
- Other cases where technical support is not possible
Asset Recovery Policies
K STADIUM will provide recovery support for cases where technical support is available, and fees for technical support may apply.
